Eugene Kim currently works in a wide range of practice areas as one of the top trial attorneys in the region. He represents startups, small businesses, and Fortune 50 companies in protecting and enforcing their legal rights.

Mr. Lee was born in Iowa City and was raised in Orange County. He attended the University of Southern California for his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration before receiving his J.D. at the Southwestern University School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Law Review and Chair of Moot Court Honors Program.  As an attorney, he is rated “A/V Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell and holds a “Superb 10.0” Avvo rating.  Additionally, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association has recognized Eugene with the  “Best Lawyers Under 40” award in 2013. He also received the “Leadership Award” by the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.

As a dedicated community leader, Eugene graduated from the Leadership Riverside Program in 2013 and has been involved in many non-profit organizations including: the Judicial Nominations and Evaluation Committee, California State Bar, National Asian Pacific American Lawyers of the Inland Empire (Regional Governor), San Bernardino County Bar Association (Board member), and is an active member of the Tech Coast Angels.

Furthermore, Eugene has also served as the President for the Pick Group of Young Professionals from 2013-2014, and as the President of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association from 2011-2012. His major interest in giving back is promoting the economic welfare of our community overall.

Mr. Lee’s favorite community projects include: standing as Co-chair of NAPABA Western Regional Conference, Impact: The Young Professional Influence hosted by the Pick Group, as well as creating the Endorsement Committee for the Asian Pacific American Lawyers of the Inland Empire and the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.
