Rodney Couch, a Riverside native, is currently the founder, President, and CEO of Provider Contract Foodservice, who’s aim is to be the foodservice company of choice in the Inland Empire.
Mr. Couch was born in France and raised in Riverside, having attended Riverside schools through college. Rodney graduated from Biola University in La Mirada.
Rodney has been in the restaurant business his entire life and started his own business, Market Broiler, at age 26 and his own contract business at the age of 40. His first Market Broiler, a seafood restaurant, has earned the crown of “Best for Seafood” continuously since 1994. The chain has enjoyed great success and continues to thrive, operating six restaurants throughout California.
Furthermore, in addition to his professional work, Rodney serves on the Harvest Christian Fellowship Board, the Core Church Board, and the Inland Empire YPO Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the California Restaurant Mutual Benefit Corporation, a self-insured work compensation group. Rodney’s main interest in giving back to the community is to provide support for fellow entrepreneurs.
