Erin Phillips joined Children’s Fund in March of 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Since its inception
in 1986, Children’s Fund has assisted more than 1.3 million children in San Bernardino County, and Erin continues this tradition of service to the community, building even stronger relationships with partner organizations and agencies.
Prior to joining Children’s Fund, Erin served as Assistant Vice President for Institutional Advancement at California Baptist University managing CBU’s major gift and campaign activity, including capital and comprehensive campaigns, as well as campus-wide strategic efforts. Prior to working at CBU, Phillips worked at the University of California,
Riverside in the Office of Alumni and Constituent Relations.

Erin also served as the Founding President of The Pick Group, Riverside’s prestigious young professional networking organization. The Pick Group creates opportunities for young professionals to connect socially, develop professionally, and engage civically for the betterment of Riverside. As Founding President and current Board Member, Phillips worked with a dynamic team to build a strong internal foundation and long-lasting partnerships for the future of the organization.

Erin is a graduate of the Leadership Riverside program, and believes in service to her community. She has devoted time to serving a number of local organizations, including the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, the Raincross Group, Riverside Community Health Foundation, the annual Riverside Citrus Classic, and the San Bernardino County Children’s Assessment Center, to mention only a few.

Erin, a graduate of the University of California, Riverside, is married to Mark and has two beautiful children, Jade and Isaac, who together are the light of her life.
